At SubconsciousSoundtrack we offer consultations that will teach you how to create subliminal scripts that when carefully worded, will re-program your subconscious to develop healthier behaviors and emotional patterns. The ability to incorporate your own hidden messages into some type of media you are exposed to has already  proven to be very beneficial and effective. One consultation will provide you with the ability to continue developing healthy messages to feed your subconscious mind in order to maintain a positive and confident mindset.

We will help you create a script of 20-30 phrases that results in approximately 15 minutes of recording time. You will be provided with over 100+ suggestions that we have crafted and categorized in order for you to gain a better perspective on what you would like to achieve at this time. Here is how the process works:

1) Once your Script consultation is confirmed you will receive a list of phrase suggestions and tips to help you prepare for our meeting. We offer audio/video consultations and in-person consultations where available.

2) During your consultation we will discuss any goals and start developing messages that support these goals.  After you have given your final script approval you will receive a copy to read out loud while we record your audio unless you would like to do this privately. If you choose to record privately you can do it in your own time and e-mail your Script recording/recordings to [email protected]

3) After we discuss your preferred volume level, which may range from nearly undetectable (preferable for listening to before bed or while sleeping) to a normal speaking voice (similar to a guided mediation and good for daytime use), we will take your audio recording and turn it into your very own track that you will receive via e-mail.  If you would like us to embed your messages into one of our music tracks make sure to note the song selection during your consultation (1.Relaxation 2. Deep Relaxation or 3. Focused and Alert). We try to build scripts that result in 15 minutes of recording time that can be broken up into mini scripts for various purposes or 1 script where your affirmations are arranged to focus on specific mindsets.
